Sea Horse Diving Center is unique in its highly functional construction and offers a good range of equipment.
Designed by divers for divers
It has an oval form, 30 by 22 m, and the cosy inner yard is surrounded by 14 rooms: equipment store, big check-in area with a scuba shop and 30 complete sets of rental equipment, an office, class room, toilets and showers, living rooms for staff, store room, maintenance room, compressor room with 2 electrical air compressors of 450 l/min each and a tank store with 80 12-l-aluminium tanks as well as a nitrox compressor.
The first floor consists of a surrounding roof terrace with a breathtaking sea view. The entrance area is designed to make things as easy as possible. A ramp allows the pick-up car to get very close to the equipment storage room. In a short distance (5 m) there is a two part rinsing basin with fresh water for an optimal maintenance of the equipment.
The building itself is about 20 m off shore and has a direct approach to the swimming lagoon with a beach of fine sand. A protected marina for the diving vessels is integrated into the lagoon.
All boats are equipped with oxygen and emergency kit. Tanks are fixed sideways and a platform at the end of the boat makes entering the dive site and boarding the boat afterwards easy. Sundecks invite a nap on the way out or in or between the dives.

Diving education is performed according to international PADI regulations. For the theoretical part of our diving courses we use books and training dvds which are obligatory. The practical part starts either in the swimming pool or in shallow water of the lagoon in front of the diving center. During the open water dives, which are part of the course, the students already encounter the fascinating underwater marine life of the Red Sea.
A further advantage of the SEA HORSE DIVING CENTER is the location. The nearest reef, Shab El Fanadir, is just a 15 minute cruise.
